How SMS credits work

Every SMS you send uses a credit. Most messages under 160 characters use 1 credit.

If your message is longer than 160 characters, it will be split into smaller parts. Each part uses 1 additional credit. For example:

1–160 characters = 1 credit

161–320 characters = 2 credits

321–480 characters = 3 credits

You can always see how many credits you have left and how many you’ve used in your account before any additional charges happen. Learn more about breakdown of credit usage here.
